Job Summary
The Advisory Operations Specialist will perform daily activities within the Advisory department, with an emphasis on Onboarding and the client experience. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, organization and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word is required.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Onboarding of client accounts.
- ● Track status of all onboarding jobs and update for any changes, daily.
- ● Review and respond to Onboarding related Action Needed items in Schwab platform.
- ● Ensure Onboarding activities are carried out in accordance with internal compliance guidelines and requirements
- ● Help to implement an onboarding client experience to include client interaction and support to advisors and their assistants.
- ● Trading input, as needed.
- ● Running various scheduled reports.
- ● Communicating with internal and external representatives regarding account details.
- ● Other functions or projects, as requested
